We use an external video streaming provider to host and play educational videos, and an email provider to send verification messages and notifications. Only the minimum data necessary (such as an email address when sending) is shared with these services solely to perform their function.

Passwords are stored encrypted and cannot be viewed as plain text by any staff member.
