1. Accounts & access

Student accounts are created by school administration. Sharing your password or using someone else's account is forbidden. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Educational content

Videos, exams, files, and other educational materials are copyrighted property of the school or authoring teachers. Enrolled students may download designated files for personal use only — redistribution or resale is not permitted.

3. Acceptable use

Use the platform respectfully towards teachers and other students. The following are strictly prohibited: bullying, sending offensive content, attempting to hack the system, or using automated tools to scrape content.

4. Privacy

We collect only the data needed to operate the service (name, email, lesson progress, messages with teachers/admin). We do not sell your data to third parties. For full details see the Privacy Policy.

5. Account suspension

The school administration reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates these terms or the school's internal policies, without prior notice.

6. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". We do our best to ensure uptime and content integrity, but do not guarantee freedom from any interruption or error. The school is not liable for damages resulting from misuse.

7. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced on the home page. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
